摘要
基于对科技型人才聚集中知识共享影响因素的分析,充分考虑知识共享意愿、共享能力、共享环境、激励机制等因素对知识共享行为的影响,将科技型人才聚集中的知识共享行为划分为主动型与被动型两类。并建立知识共享的囚徒困境与师徒博弈模型,分析科技型人才在不同情况下的知识共享决策行为,进而得出研究结论,提出促进科技型人才聚集中知识共享的建议。
Based on the analysis of Technological Talent Aggregation factors of knowledge sharing, consid-ering the impact of factors, such as knowledge sharing willingness,sharing capabilities, shared environ-ment, incentive mechanism for knowledge sharing behavior, divided Technological Talent Aggregation ofknowledge sharing behavior active and passive type categories. And establishing knowledge sharing andmentoring prisoner＇s dilemma game model to analyze the behavior of knowledge sharing decision-tech tal-ents in different situations, and then draw conclusions presented in the promotion of scientific and techno-logical personnel gather knowledge sharing proposal.
