摘要
目的:探讨提高城市地区新生儿听力筛查覆盖率的措施及策略。方法:采用整群抽样方法对2012-2014年6月官渡区13家助产机构分娩的共5 429名活产儿家长进行问卷调查,分析开展新生儿听力筛查的相关数据。结果:2012-2014年6月官渡区新生儿听力筛查率由6.9%上升到80.6%,至2014年6月超过昆明市和云南省的水平。初筛未通过率由16.6%下降到4.6%,复筛率由22.6%上升到55.6%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,初中及以上文化、孕期做过产前检查、剖宫产和新生儿听力筛查相关知识知晓度较高的家长接受新生儿听力筛查的意愿强于初中以下文化、孕期未做过产前检查、正常产或阴道助产分娩、新生儿听力筛查相关知识知晓度较低的家长,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:自2012年开展新生儿听力筛查以来,官渡区新生儿听力筛查覆盖面及质量有了明显的提高。
Objective: To explore measures and strategies to improve urban neonatal hearing screening coverage rate. Methods: Cluster sampling method was used to select parents of 5 429 live births born in 13 institutions for midwifery in Guandu District from 2012 to June 2014, then a questionnaire survey was performed; related data of conducting neonatal hearing screening was analyzed. Results: Neonatal hearing screening rate increased from 6.9% in 2012 to 80. 6% in June 2014, neonatal hearing screening rate in June 2014 was higher than those in Kunming city and Yunnan province. The failure rate during primary screening decreased from 16. 6% in 2012 to 4. 6% in June 2014, the secondary screening rate increased from 22. 6% in 2012 to 55.6% in June 2014. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the intensions of neonatal hearing screening among the parents with junior high school and above educational level, receiving prenatal examination, cesarean section and higher awareness rate of neonatal hearing screening - related knowledge were statistically significantly stron- ger than those among the parents with under junior high school educational level, not receiving prenatal examination, normal delivery or vaginal midwifery and lower awareness rate of neonatal hearing screening -- related knowledge ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The coverage and quality of neonatal hearing screening are obviously improved since neonatal hearing screening is carried out in Guandu District in 2012.
