摘要
通过理论分析，结合我国医疗服务市场中医院发展的需求，定义了医院核心竞争力的概念，对医院核心竞争力的内涵进行了界定，概括了我国医院核心竞争力的特性，并以此为基础对我国医院核心竞争力的建设进行了深入的探讨。
In this paper,based on theoretical analysis,the concept of hospital core competence is redefined,combined with the needs of hospital＇s development in medical service market,the connotation is also clearly definition,and the characteri stics is summarized.Meanwhile,on the basis of all above,this paper has carried on a thorough discussion about the construction of Chinese hospital core competence.
