摘要
以山梨酸(SA)和1,10-邻菲啰啉(phen)为原料合成三元稀土配合物,利用摩尔电导、紫外光谱、红外光谱、元素分析和热重分析测试手段对其进行表征,确定配合物的组成为[Eu(Phen)(SA)2]·2H2O和[Sm(Phen)(SA)3]。此外,通过紫外光谱和黏度的测定,研究了配合物与鲱鱼精DNA(hs-DNA)的作用机制。结果发现:配合物的最大吸收峰明显红移,产生减色效应;随着配合物加入量的增加,DNA溶液的相对比黏度增大。这些信息都表明,配合物与DNA之间的作用机制属于嵌插作用。通过计算两种配合物分别与DNA的结合比、结合常数以及热力学参数,表明这两种配合物与DNA之间的反应是由熵驱动而自发进行。
Abstract: Rare earth complexes of sorbic acid (SA) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR, UV-Vis and TG-DTA methods. The compositions of the complexes were confirmed to be [ Eu(Phen) (SA)2]· 2H2O and [Sm(Phen) (SA)3 ]- In addition, the interactions between complex and herring sperm DNA have been investigated by electronic absorption spectroscopy and viscosity measurements. The results showed that the absorption peaks are redshifted and the in- tensity is weakened, at the same time, the complex can increase the relative viscosity, which indicated that the intercalation mode between the complex and DNA is proved to exist. The combining ratios, binding constants and a series of the corresponding thermodynamic parameters were calculated, showing that the interaction between complexes and DNA was spontaneous and driven mainly by entropy.
