摘要
石膏空腔模无梁楼盖是以预制石膏空腔模壳为永久性施工内模的整体现浇空心楼盖,其最大优点是降低结构层高,施工方便,但尚存在结构形式单一、经济效益不明显等问题。引入拓扑优化理论和方法,对石膏空腔模无梁楼盖结构进行研究。首先介绍了基于ANSYS的有限元拓扑优化技术的基本原理和方法,以及拓扑优化的数学模型。然后,对实心无梁楼盖进行拓扑优化,阐述了ANSYS拓扑优化分析的一般过程;根据目标函数和约束函数的迭代历程,指出了拓扑优化的优越性;根据单元伪密度分布情况,提出四类石膏空腔模无梁楼盖形式:密肋式楼盖、空腹板架楼盖、井式楼盖、其他网格楼盖。
Gypsum embedded in filler cast-in-place concrete hollow floor,which uses precast gypsum embedded in fillers as permanent formworks,is a monolithic cast-in-situ hollow concrete floor system. The biggest advantage is lower structural height and convenient construction. But its structure forms are yet single and economic,and the benefits are also not obvious. Therefore,topology optimization theory and method are introduced to study on the above floor. At first,the basic principles and mathematical model of finite element topology optimization technology based on ANSYS are introduced. Then,by optimizing design of solid floor,general process of topology optimization are described. Based on the iterative process of objective and constraint function,the superiority of topology optimization is pointed out. According to the false density distributions,four forms of gypsum embedded filler cast-in-place concrete hollow floor are proposed: waffle slab,open-web floor,cross-beam floor and other grids floor.
