冷镦机飞轮曲轴部件动态特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 冷镦机飞轮主要用来控制冷镦机冷镦零件时带来的速度波动,飞轮动态特性分析为冷镦机的轻量化设计提供了重要的设计参数。以冷镦机镦制5mm凹穴六角头螺栓为加工对象,采用等效惯量的计算方法,将曲轴、飞轮部件等效成常见的曲柄滑块机构,并建立杆件等效惯量模型的计算公式,利用Matlab软件仿真得到等效惯量的函数图。应用Adams软件对飞轮曲轴部件进行动力学分析,求得飞轮等效的曲柄滑块机构动态特性,为今后在冷镦机设计、改进等提供数据支持。 Flywheelof cold headeris mainly used to control the speed flnetuationduring machine cold heading parts,and flywheel's dynamic analysis provides important design parameters for the lightweight design cold header. Heading 5ram hex head bolt recesses for the processing object,reducing crankshaft-flywheelinto a common equivalent slider-crank mechanism by equivalent inertieLEstablishes calculation formula of rod equivalent inertia model, and uses MATLAB software simulation to obtain the function of the equivalent inertia Applying Adams for crankshaft flywheel kinetic analysis, itobtainsthe dynamic characteristics of slider-crank mechanism, and thenprovides data to support future cold header's design and improvement.
