摘要
基于低碳经济及节能减排的大背景,提出低碳理念的高速公路选线定线技术、路基桥隧决策技术、绿化技术、新型材料技术和防护排水设计技术五大可进行深入系统研究的方向,以期解决高速公路建设中如何尽可能实现低碳的目标,为降低高速公路建设综合能耗,降低CO2排放量提供科学依据,为减少各基础建设行业给环境带来的不良影响提供新的思路。
Under the overall background of low carbon economy and energy conservation and emissions reduction,five technology items that deserve further systematic research have been proposed,i. e. low- carbon-oriented highway line selection technology, subgrade bridge tunnel decision- making technology, greening technology,new materials technology and protection and drainage design technology and hoped to provide scientific basis for solutions for realizing low carbon target during highway construction, reducing integrated energy consumption of highway construction,reducing CO2 discharge and to provide new approch for reducing the bad influences caused by infrastructure construction industry to the environment.
