摘要
在超微型转子动平衡机中 ,主要干扰分为同频干扰、高频干扰和低频干扰。分析了测试环境中不平衡量信号的特点 ,利用离散小波变换对信号进行 4层分解 ,然后进行低频重构 ,提取有用信号 ,并提出了不平衡量幅度及相位的提取算法 。
Disturbance is mainly divided into same frequency,high frequency and low frequency interferences in super miniature rotor dynamic balancing machine.According to the characteristic of unbalance signal,useful signal is extracted by the method of decomposing the signal to the 4th layer and reconstruct the 4th low frequency signal based on Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT),and an algorithm is also presented to measure the magnitude and phase of unbalance signal with the high frequency and low frequency interferences filtered effectively out from the desired signal.
