摘要
目的观察茵陈越鞠汤联合托尼萘酸中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的效果。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,各30例,2组均口服托尼萘酸片,治疗组加服中药茵陈越鞠汤(茵陈、大黄、栀子、苍术、香附、神曲等),3月为1个疗程,连续服用1疗程。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,优于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论茵陈越鞠汤联合托尼萘酸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝可发挥治病求本、增效减毒的中西医结合优势,有效改善临床症状。
Objective Observation the effect of Combined Yinchen Yueju decoction and GALLEA-DONAU for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods The 60 patients were randomly assigned into two groups of 30,as control group and observation group,both taking oral medicine of GALLE-DONAU,observation group also taking Chinese medicine of Yinchen Yueju decoction（ Yinchen,rhubarb,gardenia,rhizoma atractylodis,rhizoma cyperi,medicated leaven etc.）,3 months for one treatment course. Results The treatment group total effective rate was 90. 00%,the effect of observation group is better than control group＇s 76. 67%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of combined treatment of Yinchen Yueju decoction and GALLE-DONAU for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is satisfied,effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
