摘要
电镜技术丰富了对生物大分子、细胞、组织等形态学上的认识,同时在病理学的发展上,利用电子显微镜技术观察到微小的病变,有利于临床的早期诊断和疾病的分期分型,极大拓展了临床视野。电镜技术作为一种诊断上的辅助手段,还可以做到观其形态知其功能,推测其基因改变、代谢紊乱等。单一的电镜技术在病理学上的应用存在着较大的局限性,对于疑难病症的诊断还要有多种诊断技术的支持,以缩小诊断误差。
The electron microscope technology enriches the biological macromolecules,cells,tissues,etc. understanding on the morphology. At the same time,in the development of pathology,tiny lesions was observed by using electron microscopy,is helpful for clinical staging of early diagnosis and disease classification,greatly expand the clinical perspective. Electron microscopy technology as a measure for diagnostic,can also view its shape to know its function,speculated the genetic changes,metabolic disorders,etc. Single electron microscopy technology has big limitations of application in pathology,for the diagnosis of difficult diseases have a variety of diagnostic technology supports,to shrink diagnosis error.
