摘要
以二乙烯三胺、环氧氯丙烷、硫酸铝为原料,制得一种新型脱色絮凝剂。以活性艳蓝X-BR、活性艳红X-3B、酸性大红GR模拟染料废水以及实际印染废水为处理对象,考察了自制絮凝剂对废水色度和COD的去除效果,并与聚合氯化铝、硫酸亚铁等常规混凝剂进行了应用性能比较。结果表明,自制絮凝剂对三种模拟废水的脱色率均高于聚合氯化铝;以中试规模处理综合印染废水调节池原水时,使用自制絮凝剂时脱色率最高,而使用硫酸亚铁时对COD的去除率最大;处理综合印染废水的好氧出水时,自制絮凝剂对COD和色度的去除性能均优于聚合氯化铝,投加量为70mg/L时,出水COD值可降至71.7 mg/L、色度降至8倍。
A new kind of decolorizing flocculant was synthesized by diethylene triamine, epichlo- rohydrin and aluminum sulfate. The removal efficiencies of COD and color in the simulated dyeing wastewater containing reactive brilliant blue X-BR, reactive brilliant red X-3B and acid red GR respec- tively and the actual dyeing wastewater were investigated. The application performance of the self-made flocculant was compared with polyaluminium chloride and ferrous sulfate. Experimental results showed that the self-made flocculant had advantage over polyaluminium chloride in removing color from three kinds of simulated wastewater. When treating the raw wastewater from the regulation tank, the highest re- moval rate of color was obtained by using the self-made flocculant, while the highest removal rate of COD was obtained by using ferrous sulfate. When treating the effluent from the aerobic tank, the removal effi- ciencies of COD and color by using the self-made flocculant were higher than those by using polyaluminium chloride. When the dosage of the self-made flocculant was 70 mg/L, the COD and color of the effluent could be decreased to 71.7 mg/L and 8 times respectively.
