摘要
在分析了影响飞刀铣削加工工件表面粗糙度主要因素的基础上,确定了包括切削参数在内的优化参数。综合考虑加工效率和加工精度的要求,提出了飞刀铣削加工的统一目标法,并给出了加工时间和表面粗糙度Rt的求值公式,以及优化参数的约束条件。采用改进后的遗传算法得出了优化后的加工参数,并与由经验参数得到的加工时间和Rt进行了对比。结果表明:采用优化后的参数比采用经验参数的加工效率更高、表面质量更好,优化算法是有效可行的。
By analyzing the factors affecting surface roughness of workpiece milled by fly-cutter,the optimization parameters including cutting parameters were determined.Based on a comprehensive consideration of working efficiency and machining precision,the unification-object method for fly-cutting was proposed,and the contraint conditions were given.By use of improved genetic algorithm,the optimization parameters were gotten.The opimized machining time and Rt were compared with the experience parameters.The comparison results show the optimized parameters are more effective than the experience parameters.
