摘要
目的:了解医护人员工作压力源量表在精神科医护人员中的使用情况以及广西南宁市、柳州市精神科临床医护人员工作压力现状。方法:采用临床医护人员工作压力源量表对广西南宁柳州220名精神科医护人员进行问卷调查。结果:1量表的内部一致性系数及分半信度系数分别为0.913,0.854;因子分析显示量表可提取7个因子,分别为组织管理、职业兴趣、工作负荷、职业发展、人际关系、外部环境以及医患关系;2南宁市、柳州市精神科临床医护人员的工作压力总体水平偏高(81.5%的被试总分高于中位数),其中来自工作负荷(3.71±0.80)、外部环境(3.51±0.59)、组织管理(2.99±0.80)3个方面的压力最高;3不同级别医院精神科医护人员的压力总分以及组织管理、职业兴趣、工作负荷、医患关系4个维度的压力分有统计学差异(F=3.598~6.246,P=0.000~0.029);不同年龄组被试在工作压力总分、工作负荷、职业发展以及医患关系压力得分上有统计学差异(F=3.886~10.948,P=0.000~0.022);正式职工的压力总体水平以及组织管理、工作负荷、外部环境、医患关系维度上的压力要高于非正式职工(t=2.051~2.658,P=0.008~0.041)。结论:临床医护人员工作压力量表具有良好的信效度,可在国内相关人群中推广使用;临床医护人员工作压力较大,不同类型医护人员其压力感有差异,应开展有针对性的抗压教育。
Objective: To study the applicability of the scale for clinical staff occupational stressors on psychiatric clinical staff and status of occupational stress of psychiatric clinical staff in Nanning and Liuzhou city. Methods: 220 psychiatric clinical workers in Nanning and Liuzhou were sampled and tested with the scale for clinical staff occupational stressors. Results: 1 Internal consistency coefficient and split- half reliability coefficient of the questionnaire were 0. 913 and 0. 854 in the sample; Seven factors were extracted from the scale,including organization and management,vocational interest,work load,career development,interpersonal relationship,external environment and doctor- patient relationship; 2 The total work pressure was high level( 81. 5% of the subjects,scores were above the median score); 3 Psychiatric clinical workers 's pressure of different levels of hospital on organization and management,vocational interest,work load,doctor- patient relationship and total job pressure were different( F = 3. 598 ~ 6. 246,P 0. 05),there were also differences between different age groups clinical workers in work load,career development,doctor- patient relationship and total work pressure( F = 3. 886 ~ 10. 948,P 0. 05); The organization and management,work load,external environment,doctor- patient relationship and total work stress faced by formal workers group was higher than informal workers group( t = 2. 051 ~ 2. 658,P 0. 05). Conclusion: The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,it can be used widely in the domestic related crowd. There are differences between pressures different types of psychiatric clinical staff,compressive education should be targeted.
