摘要
井下节流工艺技术经过近年来的不断研究和推广,目前已形成井下节流工具系列及其配套作业设备。本文结合川渝气田井下节流工艺技术现场作业资料,简述该工艺的原理,介绍了广泛应用的井下节流工具及其现场作业方式,并根据作业过程中产生的问题提出解决措施。井下节流工具和现场作业可靠性高,能够满足气田高效开发和气井快速投产的要求,经济效益和社会效益十分突出。
Downhole throttle technology through constant research and promotion in recent years,has formed a series of downhole throttle tools and supporting operation equipment.In this paper,combined with the Sichuan gas field operation records of downhole throttle technology,introduces the widely application and job mode of downhole throttle tools,and then,puts forward the solving measures according to the problems in the process of generating operation.Downhole throttle tools in the field operation are high reliability,the can meet the efficient development of gas fields and rapid gas production requirements,economic benefit and social benefit is very prominent.
