摘要
目前油田土壤污染主要治理方法有焚烧法、固化法、化学浸出法和洗涤法等,存在投资大、易产生二次污染等问题,无法大面积推广使用;微生物修复技术因有修复面积大、费用低、处理效果好、不产生二次污染的特点,已被越来越多地应用于实际生产和工程中。综述了微生物修复技术原理,以及近年来国内外对油田污染土壤的微生物修复技术的研究进展。提出了随着分子生物学、基因工程、克隆技术的日益发展,微生物技术的研究和应用层面亦不断深入,必将成为处理石油污染土壤的关键技术。
At present, main methods of govern the oil contaminated soil are incineration, curing, chemical leaching and washing etc.. It cannot be widely used because of the presence of large investment, easy to produce secondary pollution and other issues. Because of the characteristics such as large area of repair, low cost, effective and no secondary pollution, bioremediation technology has been increasingly applied in actual production and engineering. The principles of microbial remediation, research progress of microbial remediation technology on oil contaminated soilboth at home and abroad in recent years were summarized. It was pointed out that with the increasingly development of molecular biology, genetic engineering, cloning technology, research and application of microbial technology level also unceasingly thorough, microbial technology will become the key technology for the treatment of oil contaminated soil.
