摘要
深井小间隙尾管固井作业面临井深、窄间隙、高温、高压、窄安全密度窗口、油气活跃等难题,导致固井作业风险越来越大,因此必须提前有效识别施工过程中存在的风险并采取必要的控制措施。针对深井小间隙尾管固井作业中存在的风险,基于层次分析方法与模糊综合评价方法建立了三级风险评价体系架构,进而构建了深井小间隙尾管固井风险评价方法。在此基础上,运用计算机技术编制了一套深井小间隙尾管固井作业风险评价软件,从而实现了深井小间隙尾管固井作业风险大小的有效量化以及可能发生风险结果的预测分析。实例分析表明,本文所建立的评价方法可以分析深井小间隙尾管固井作业中存在的相关风险,进而采取相应的控制措施确保固井作业的安全,具有一定的推广应用价值。
The small clearance liner cementing in deep wells faces deep depth, narrow clearance, high temperature, high pressure, narrow pressure windows, oil and gas activity and other problems, cau- sing the cementing operation risk growing, therefore it has to identify the risks existing in the con- struction process effectively in advance and take necessary control measures. In view of risks existing in the deep liner cementing, the analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish three-level risk evaluation system architecture, and then a risk evaluation meth- ods for the small clearance liner cementing has been constructed. And on this basis, arisk evaluation software has been established to determine the size of the risk and predict the results of the risk that may occur from the quantitative analysis. The case analysis has shown that the evaluation method presented in this paper can analyze risks in the small clearance liner cementing in deep wells and then propose the corresponding control measures to ensure the safety of cementing operation, so it has a certain application value.
