美国中小学个性化学习实践的成效、困境、应对策略及启示 被引量:5

The Results, Challenges, Strategies and Inspirations of Personalized Learning in America

摘要 因应学生个性化学习需求是美国当前教育改革的核心诉求。因此,个性化学习成为了美国中小学普遍的学习方式,在实践中美国中小学采取了一系列卓有成效的措施,取得了显著成效,但也面临着诸多挑战,美国中小学也尝试着采取许多应对策略,对我国有一定的借鉴意义。 The core of the educational reform is that education must meet the needs of the individual student. Personalized learning is a viable option for the school. Descriptive findings about how schools implemented the way of personalized learning are presented first, followed by findings related to the challenges schools faced in implementing the way of personalized learning ,then findings on which implementation strategies are most effective.
