摘要
对内蒙古自治区各级医疗机构临床工程人员的数量、质量和结构进行抽样调查和现状统计。在此样本基础上,通过与国外发达国家临床工程学科和国内相邻学科人员现状对比研究,针对存在的问题与不足,结合实际,提出临床工程人才队伍培养发展的参考建议。
A sample survey and statistics were conducted on the current quantity,quality and structure of clinical engineers in the medical institutes in Inner Mongolia.Based on this sample survey,comparisons were made between the status quo of clinical engineers from developed countries and the staff working in the close discipline in China.Moreover,suggestion for the existing problems and deficiencies was put forward in this paper according to the practical situation to educate excellent clinical engineers.
