高尿酸血症合并糖尿病前期患者血尿酸与高敏C反应蛋白及胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量:14

Relationship of serum uric acid with high sensitivity C-reactive protein and insulin resistance in hyperuricaemia patients complicated with prediabetes

摘要 目的探讨高尿酸血症合并糖尿病前期患者血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)水平与高敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法 168例高尿酸血症患者分为2组,112例合并糖尿病前期者为合并组,56例未合并者为未合并组;选择同期40例体检健康者为对照组。检测各组SUA、hs-CRP、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、空腹胰岛素(fasting insulin,FINS),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,HOMA-IR),并进行组间比较。结果合并组与未合并组hs-CRP((3.95±2.97)、(2.36±1.54)mg/L)、SUA((517.00±40.00)、(475.00±68.00)μmol/L)、FPG((6.65±0.42)、(5.61±0.51)mmol/L)、HOMA-IR(5.10±1.30、3.80±0.90)均高于对照组((0.76±0.51)mg/L、(360.00±41.00)μmol/L、(5.07±0.32)mmol/L、2.50±1.10)(P<0.05);合并组以上指标均高于未合并组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症合并糖尿病前期患者SUA水平与hs-CRP、HOMA-IR、FPG相关。 Objective To explore the relationship of serum uric acid(SUA)with high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)and insulin resistance in hyperuricaemia patients complicated with prediabetes.Methods A total of 168 patients with hyperuricaemia were divided into complication group complicated with prediabetes(n=112),and non-complication group not complicated with prediabetes(n=56).Another 40 health volunteers were as controls(control group).The SUA,hs-CRP,fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and fasting insulin(FINS)were detected,and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)was calculated and compared among groups.Results The levels of hs-CRP,SUA,FPG and HOMA-IR were the highest in complication group((3.95±2.97)mg/L,(517.00±40.00)μmol/L,(6.65±0.42)mmol/L,5.10±1.30),followed by non-complication group((2.36±1.54)mg/L,(475.00±68.00)μmol/L,(5.61±0.51)mmol/L,3.80±0.90)and control group((0.76±0.51)mg/L,(360.00±41.00)μmol/L,(5.07±0.32mmol/L,2.50±1.10)in turns(P〈0.05).Conclusion SUA level is correlated with hs-CRP,HOMA-IR and FPG in hyperuricemia patients complicated with prediabetes.
