摘要
本文基于黑龙江省25家种植业专业合作社的调查,采用二元Logistic回归分析方法研究了农民专业合作社普通成员利益实现情况及其影响因素。结果表明,普通成员对应得利益的了解程度和核心成员的出资比例对普通成员的利益实现有显著影响。为保障普通成员的利益实现,重点要构建"契约+服务+返还+分红"四位一体的利益联结机制、"二次返利+股份分红+公积金账户"三次分配的利益分配机制、"普通成员部分委托+核心成员有限代理"的双向利益协调机制和"普通成员+主管部门"双重利益监管机制。
Based on the investigation of 25 farming cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province,studied the benefits realization and its influencing factors of common members in farmers' specialized cooperatives by Binary Logistic Regression analysis. The result shows that common members' understanding of their entitlement and the investment proportion of core members have significant impact on the realization of the benefits of common members. Therefore,in order to protect the benefits of common members,it achieves focus to build the quaternary of profit mechanism—'Contract + Service + Return + Dividend',the three times interests distribution mechanism— 'Secondary rebate + Bonus + Stock fund account',the twoway benefits coordination mechanism —'Commission of common members + Limited part of the proxy of core members'and the double benefit regulatory mechanism—'Common members + Competent authorities '.
