改性沸石对稀土钠皂化废水中油的吸附试验 被引量:1

摘要 为研究十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)改性制成的有机沸石对稀土钠皂化废水中油的去除效果,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了改性剂浓度、改性时间、有机改性沸石投加量、p H值、吸附时间和吸附温度对油去除率的影响。正交试验结果表明,在吸附时间为40 min,吸附温度为25℃的条件下,当改性剂的质量分数为1.0%,改性时间为70 min,p H值为9,有机改性沸石投加量为1.0 g时,稀土钠皂化废水中油的去除率最高,达到71.2%。 For the purpose of studying the performance of organic zeolite modified with hexadecyltrimethylammonium(HDTMA) on oil adsorption in sodium saponification wastewater from rare earth extraction separation,single factor test and orthogonal test were used to investigate the influences of modifier concentration, modification time, dosage of organic modified zeolite, p H value, adsorption time, and adsorption temperature on removal rate of oil. The results of the orthogonal test showed that, under the condition that the adsorption time and temperature were 40 min and 25 ℃ respectively, when the mass fraction of the modifier was 1.0%, the modification time was 70 min, the p H value was 9, and the dosage of the organic modified zeolite was 1.0 g, the removal rate of the oil reached the highest, which was 71.2%.
