摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者健康教育的时机、内容及形式。方法将302例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者有计划、分阶段进行护理健康教育。结果患者对护理工作满意度为99%,未出现因护理不当引发的术后并发症及医患纠纷。结论通过有针对性的健康教育,使患者掌握了与腹腔镜胆囊切除术相关的护理知识,提高了病人满意度,预防了并发症,改善了病人的生活质量,同时也提高了护理人员在患者心目中的地位及信任度。
OBJECTIVE To study the content and form of health education for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in time. METHODS 302 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with a plan, phased nursing health education. RESULTS The pa- tients＇ satisfaction in nursing care of 99%, did not appear due to improper care caused postoperative complications and medical dis- putes. CONCLUSION Through targeted health education, make the patients master the laparoscopie cholecystectomy related nursing knowledge, improve the satisfaction of patients and prevent complications and improve the life quality of the patients, but also im- prove the nursing staff in the patients with the eyes of the status and the degree of trust.
