摘要
目的研究死亡教育对老年末期癌症患者的生死观及生活质量的影响。方法 114例老年末期癌症患者接受日常护理及治疗,同时接受死亡教育,教育前后发放自编问卷和欧洲癌症研究治疗组织生活质量测定表(EORTC QLQ-C30),比较上述患者的生死观及生活质量的变化。结果大部分老年末期癌症患者的人生观、价值观存在不良认知及行为,死亡教育可改善;死亡教育后患者情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能及总体健康明显改善。结论死亡教育可改善老年末期癌症患者的生死观及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the impact of death education on the view of life and death and quality of life of the elderly patients with terminal cancer.Methods One hundred and fourteen patients received the conventional base nursing and treatment,and individualized death education,1to 2times per week,for 4weeks.The self-edited questionnaire survey POMS and EORTC QLQ-C30 evaluation were conducted on the patients before and after the education.Results After the death education,the view of life and death of the patients,and their outlook turned more positive(P〈0.01).The emotional function,cognitive function,social function and the total score of QLQ-C30 of the patients were increased significantly(P〈 0.01),too.Conclusion The death education can make the elderly patients with terminal cancer change the conception of the death and values,and improve their quality of life.
