摘要
本文立足于丝绸之路经济带建设视角,在对"一带一路"交汇点进行理论阐释与实践意义研究的基础上,提出"一带一路"交汇点对外开放重要门户、产业合作示范基地、重要国际交通枢纽的基本构架,对打造丝绸之路经济带东方桥头堡的实践进行了回顾与总结,从建设、收益、科技合作机制等层面入手,对如何以"创新的合作模式"共建共用"一带一路"交汇点,加快交汇点建设进行了探讨。
Based on the perspective of constructing the Silk Road economic belt, and the research on the theoretical interpretation and path exploration of the convergence of ＂One Belt and One Road＂, the paper proposes a fundamental framework of a key portal to openness, a pilot project for industrial cooperation, and an international transportation hub. It also reviews and summarizes the practices of building the Silk Road economic belt into an Oriental bridgehead, and discusses how to accelerate the construction of its convergence with an ＂innovative cooperation mode＂.
