摘要
"双基地实践"育人模式是增强高职院校德育工作实效性的重要手段。新形势下开展高职院校德育工作,必须在遵循校企共育、成果共享、德育渗透、统一安排、特色鲜明、形式多样等原则的基础上,在以下四方面下工夫:一要结合实际,确立德育工作目标;二要利用专业实践基地建立长期、稳定的德育基地;三要采用叠加教学方法加强德育教学工作;四要通过双导师制增强德育工作的实效性;五要本着知行合一的态度,对学生进行双考核、双答辩。
The pattern of＂Dual Base Practice＂is important measure to improve the effectiveness of moral education in vocational colleges. To improve moral education under new situation,we must focus on the following five aspects： first,combining with reality and establishing aim of moral education; second,making use of professional bases and setting up long-term and stable bases of moral education; third,adopting additive teaching method to improve moral and teaching education; fourth,boosting the effectiveness of moral education through dual tutorial system; last,with attitude of unity of knowing and doing,making dual evaluation and dual defense to students.
