摘要
食品经济管理学科是以食品产业经济问题为主要研究对象,以产业经济学为主要理论依据,以食品产业环境营造和产业制度设计为手段,通过激励人来提高食品产业组织资源利用效率的研究体系。中国的食品经济管理研究应当而且有必要在保持中国特色的前提下趋同日本的食品系统研究;研究中要清醒地把握食品系统研究的目标、理论、对象和方法等问题。
Food economic management disciplines is a studying system which takes the question of food industry economy as the main studying objectives and uses the food industry economics as the studying theory.the designing of industry system and the creating of industry environment are the studying ways.It improves the utilization efficiency of the food industry organizational resources by encouraging people.Under the condition to preserve Chinese characteristics,it is necessary for chinese food economic management studying to converge with the Japans food system sudy.The study should make it clear about the aim、theory、objective and method for food system research.
