摘要
为分析不同含水状态下煤岩冲击倾向性的变化规律,利用MTS815.03电液伺服岩石试验系统对强冲击煤岩分别进行了单轴压缩试验,建立了煤岩冲击倾向性指标与含水率之间的数学关系,明确了煤岩冲击倾向性指标随含水率的变化规律。结合滕东煤矿生产接替情况,建议滕东煤矿注水时间大于127 h。现场应用表明:煤层注水6 d后,钻屑量平均下降20%,微震事件有所增加,能量等级显著降低,冲击危险性得到缓解。
In order to analyze the variation of coal bursting tendency under different moisture state, using MTS815.03 electro-hydraulic servo testing system, the article carries out uniaxial compression test, establishes mathematical relationship between coal bursting tendency index and moisture content, and defines variation of coal bursting tendency index with moisture content.Combining the production succession situation in Tengdong Coal Mine, the article suggests more than 127 hours water infusion time in Tengdong Coal Mine. Field application shows that after coal seam water infusion 6 days, coal powder quantity of bore falls by20% on average, microseism incident increases, energy level significantly decreases, rock bursting hazard is eased.
