基于ARM的回转式起货机安全监控系统的研发

Research and Development of Safety Monitoring System for Marine Rotary Crane Based on ARM

摘要 工作状态的监控是保障回转式起货机安全工作的重要手段。采用ARM9系列的S3C2440处理器及Linux操作系统作为控制核心,采用液晶触摸屏及Mini GUI设计图形界面作为人机交互,完成了实验室的船舶液压起货机安全监控系统的开发。经现场测试表明:该系统人机交互友好,能实现起重量、工作半径等多个状态参数的实时检测与显示,可根据起重量等级进行报警或停机保护处理。 Working status monitoring is an important mean for ensuring the safety operation of the rotary crane. In this paper, S3C2440 processor of ARM9 series and Linux operating system are adopted as the control core, LCD touch-screen and the graphical interfaces developed by MiniGUI are adopted as human-computer interaction, and the safety monitoring system is developed successfully for the marine hydraulic crane in the lab. Field tests show that this system is with friendly Human-computer interaction; the real-time acquisition and display for the weight of the current load and the working radius are achieved, and the system will send the alarm or shutdown operation order based on the load percent.
