摘要
以某化工项目煤气化主厂房在24m楼层设置的3台动力机器(中压循环泵)为例,采用有限元软件MIDAS/Gen按时程分析理论对动力机器支承结构进行了振动计算,分析了支承结构的频率、振动线位移、振动弯矩,并用解析解对时程分析结果进行了验证。
Three dynamic machines(mediumpressure circulatingpump) set on the 24 meters floor of a coal gasificationbuildingin a chemical engineering project.In this paper,time history analysis theory was used to calculate vibration effects of machine supporting members by using finite element software MIDAS/Gen.The machine supporting structure's frequency,vibration liner displacement and vibration bending moment were analyzed.Finally,using analytic solution verified the results of time history analysis.
