摘要
介绍了氨压缩机缸体温度高、转子高温烧损、一段入口工艺气管线保温材料着火事故现象及特点。根据事故特征,对引起压缩机无循环流量的可能原因进行逐项分析,确认该事故是因操作不当造成氨冷器的液氨温度极低,液氨无法汽化,压缩机缸体中气量严重不足,致使压缩机缸体温度异常,从而引起压缩机转子等部件烧损。根据烧损情况,更换了压缩机的转子、干气密封及其内部的级间密封、O形圈、密封条等。提出了在氨压缩机启动前,应先启动增压泵,尽可能不采用降压启动技术,同时应及时启动合成气压缩机,为氨冷器提供热源等防范措施,可有效防止类似事故再次发生。
A presentation is given of phenomena and features of high temperature of ammonia compressor cylinder, rotor burn down caused by high temperature, and fire accident of process gas pipeline thermal insulation material at the inlet of the first stage. Based on accidental characteristics, the possible reasons that cause compressor without circular flow are analyzed item by item, and it is confirmed that it is the improper operation that causes temperature of liquid ammonia in ammonia cooler extremely low, and liquid ammonia is unable to gasify, leading gas quantity in compressor cylinder severely inadequate, compressor cylinder temperature abnormal and further leading to burn down of compressor drum and other parts. Based on the conditions of burning, compressor drum, dry gas seal and its internal interstage seal, O-ring and sealing strip are replaced. It is proposed that before start of ammonia compressor, booster pump should start first, depressurization starting technique should not be used as far as possible, meanwhile, syn-gas compressor should start timely, and provide heat source to ammonia cooler, these precautionary measures can prevent similar accident to happen again effectively.
