摘要
研究了以单片机和FPGA为主控芯片控制DAC和ADC,并结合正弦波处理电路及峰值检测电路等,实现对运算放大器(UA741)单位增益带宽测量的方法.实测结果与器件手册提供的参数及利用仪器按照单位增益带宽的定义测得的结果基本一致.
With the Micro Control Unit(MCU)and FPGA as the main control chips,the implementation of operational amplifier(UA741)unit gain bandwidth measurement method was studied,which controlled the ADC and DAC circuit and combined with sine wave processing circuit and peak detection circuit and so on.The measured result was basically identical with the device parameters provided by datasheet and detection value provided by the instruments according to the definition of unit gain bandwidth.
