肝再生磷酸酶-3和E-钙黏蛋白参与胃癌淋巴结转移过程 被引量:5

Involvement of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3 and E-cadherin in the process of the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer

摘要 目的 探讨肝再生磷酸酶-3(PRL-3)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)与胃癌淋巴结转移状态、患者生存预后的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学技术[链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法]检测53例胃癌组织和30例胃正常组织中PRL-3和E-cadherin的表达,分析两者与临床病理特征的关系.结果 PRL-3在正常胃黏膜组织中没有表达,在胃癌组织中PRL-3的阳性表达率为45.3%(24/53).E-cadherin存在于大多数腺细胞的胞质膜,在胃癌组织中E-cadherin的阳性表达率为54.7%(29/53).PRL-3的表达与淋巴结转移(P<0.01)、Goseki分级(P<0.01)、Borrmann分类(P<0.01)和幽门螺旋杆菌感染(P<0.05)明显相关.E-cadherin的表达与淋巴结转移(P<0.01)、Borrmann分类(P<0.01)和幽门螺旋杆菌感染(P<0.01)明显相关.Lauren's分型、PRL-3表达和E-cadherin表达是影响胃癌患者生存期的独立影响因素.结论 PRL-3和E-cadherin的表达均与淋巴结转移状态密切相关,并且两种蛋白均为影响胃癌患者生存期的独立影响因素. Objective To investigate the relationship between phosphatase of regenerating liver-3 (PRL-3) and E-cadherin with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer,survival and prognosis.Methods The expression of PRL-3 and E-cadherin in 53 cases of gastric cancer tissues and 30 cases of normal gastric tissues was examined by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between PRL-3 and E-cadherin with the pathological parameters was statistically analyzed.Results PRL-3 was not expressed in normal gastric mucosa,and the positive expression of PRL-3 in gastric cancer tissues was 45.3% (24/53).E-cadherin existed in most glandular cells of the cytoplasmic membrane,and the positive expression of E-cadherin in gastric cancer tissues was 54.7% (29/53).The expression of PRL-3 was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.01),Goseki grade (P 〈 0.01),Borrmann classification (P 〈 0.01) and infection of Helicobacter pylori (P 〈 0.05).The expression of E-cadherin was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.01),Borrmann classification (P 〈 0.01) and infection of Helicobacter pylori (P 〈 0.01).The expression of Lauren' s type,PRL-3 expression and E-cadherin were independent predictive factors of survival in patients with gastric cancer.Conclusion The expression of PRL-3 and E-cadherin was related with lymph node metastasis,and two proteins were the independent predictors of survival in gastric cancer patients.
