摘要
目的探讨影响新生儿贫血时间的相关因素。方法采用回顾性研究方法,分析青岛大学附属医院2007-2013年的240例早产和足月新生儿的贫血规律及相关因素对贫血时间的影响。结果新生儿贫血多发生在出生后2周内,多为轻中度贫血;早产儿和足月儿早期贫血的高危因素分别为失血和缺氧,OR值:75.720,19.881。感染是足月儿晚期贫血的独立危险因素,OR值:0.021。结论在影响新生儿贫血时间的相关因素中,早产儿和足月儿有一定的差异,应予以重视。
Objective To study the influencing factors of neonatal anemia .Method 240 premature and full term infant with anemia in the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university during 2007 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively , including the clinical characteristic and the effect factors on the time of infant anemia .Result Neonatal anemia always happens within two weeks after birth ,most of them was the mild‐to‐moderate anemia .Risk factors of early anemia are respectively blood loss and lack of oxygen in preterm and full moon ,the OR value was 75 .720 and 19 .881 .In‐fection is a single risk factor on late anemia of the full moon ,the OR value was 0 .021 .Conclusion Due to some difference influencing factors between the preterm and full‐term infant ,it＇s important to attaches great importance to the risk factors for clinical practice .
