摘要
针对选煤厂带式输送机的输送带速度恒定造成电能大量浪费的现象,提出利用径向基神经网络,建立煤量与输送带速度相匹配的网络模型,并对输送带系统的数学模型利用模糊PID自整定控制策略进行MATLAB仿真,仿真结果表明模糊PID具有较高的精度和较强的适应性,可以获得满意的节能效果。
In view of the coal belt conveyor belt speed constant poses a great waste of electricity phenomenon, put forward using RBF neural network, establish coal and belt speed matching network model, and using fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy to the mathematical model of the belt system for matlab simulation, the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID has high precision and strong adaptability, can obtain satisfactory energy-saving effect.
