胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤临床病理分析 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（ Solid －pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas，SPTP）是一种较少见的具有低度恶性潜能的胰腺肿瘤［1-2］，组织起源尚未明确，多发生于年轻女性，肿瘤组织学分类将其定义为由形态较一致的细胞形成实性巢状和假乳头结构的上皮性肿瘤，常有出血及囊性变，此瘤通常为良性，偶尔可为恶性［3］。
