摘要
目的优选强肾益精颗粒提取工艺。方法以出膏率、松果菊苷转移率和总多糖提取量为指标,加水量、提取次数、提取时间为影响因素,采用L9(34)正交试验法,综合加权评分,优选强肾益精颗粒的提取工艺。结果处方最佳提取工艺为8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次为60 min。结论该优选的工艺合理,有效成分提取率高,稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology for Qiangshen Yijing granules. Methods With the content of echinacoside and total polysaccharides as the index, the extraction technology for Qiangshen Yijing granule was studied by orthogonal design with L9(3^4). Orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of the amount of water, extraction times and extraction time. Results The optimum extraction technology was as follows: 8 times of water, extraction for 3 times and 60 min each time. Conclusion The extraction yield of active constituents is high and the optimization process is stable, reasonable, and feasible.
