摘要
目的:了解杭州市拱墅区2008-2012年HIV检测现状,为制定检测策略提供科学依据。方法:对HIV检测现状进行统计描述,对多个样本的阳性检出率进行比较,用趋势卡方检验研判其历年变化情况。结果:HIV检测量从55756人次上升到97013人次,检测阳性数从9例上升到40例,平均增长幅度分别为14.85%和45.20%;平均阳性检出率为0.0305%,各年间差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.354,P<0.05),医疗机构检测量占82.98%,检出阳性数占57.14%;重点人群、羁押人群、其他人群检测量占17.02%,检出阳性数占42.86%。结论:本区HIV检测量和检测阳性数呈上升趋势,需加强人员配备和能力建设;医疗机构应开展HIV常规筛查,降低职业暴露和院内感染的风险;重点人群、羁押人群中开展HIV筛查是发现HIV感染者的重要途径。
[Objective]To understand the situation of HIV detection in Gongshu District during 2008-2012,and provide evidences for making reasonable detection strategies and establishing measures to prevent and control AIDS.[Method]Statistical description was done to explain the situation of HIV detection.Data were conducted Exact Probability on multi-sample rates.And Cochran-Armitage Trend Test was taken to predict a change in the situation of positive detection rates during these years.[Result]Both the test amount and the positive cases increased with rates of 14.85% and45.20%.The test amount increased from55756 to 97013 and the positive cases increased from9 persons to 40 persons.The average positive detection rate is 0.0305%.Cochran-Armitage Trend Test indicated that the differences on the positive detection rate were statistically significant（χ2=12.354,P〈0.005）.82.98% of the total test amount is from general hospitals,the rest 17.02%is from key population,custody staff and prisoners,and other high risk groups.57.14% HIV positive cases is from general hospital.[Conclusion]The test amount and the HIV positive cases increased year by year and will increase in the future.It is necessary to increase the number of staffs and strengthen their capacity.Screening HIV routinely in general hospital contributes to avoid HIV occupational exposure and hospital infection.It is an important way to find HIV positive cases by screening HIV in key population,custody staff and prisoners.
