摘要
介绍了16万t/a煤制油气化装置渣水处理单元运行存在的问题。结合实际生产情况,分析了渣水处理装置结垢堵塞的原因,提出了优化操作,加强管理灰水水质,加强絮凝剂、分散剂管理,监控煤质等措施。
The problems about the operation of the water treatment unit in a 160000 t/a coal-to-liquefaction demonstration project in Yitai company are introduced. Based on the actual operation, the influencing factors of the scaling of the water system are analyzed. The corresponding optimizing operations are proposed, including strengthening ash water quality management, strengthening flocculent and dispersaut, monitoring the analysis of coal, and so on.
