摘要
燃燃联合(COGAG)国内尚无两台同步自动离合器并车运行的使用经验。本文针对2台同步自动离合器在试验台上进行并车试验研究,通过电机控制来模拟燃气轮机特性,成功实现了功率从一台同步自动离合器到另一台同步自动离合器的转移,直到2台电机输出载荷均衡为止,从而达到了2台同步自动离合器并车运行的目的。并车运行过程中,离合器接合/脱开动作顺畅,工作平稳可靠。此项研究填补了国内离合器并车领域的空白。
This is no run experience of twin-synchro-self-shifting clutches incorporation in COGAG at present. The twin-synchro-self-shifting clutches incorporation is researched on the test bed in this article. In order to achieve the twin-synchro-self-shifting clutches incorporation, we simulate the characteristic of gas turbine by controlling electric motor in test bed to realize the power transfer between two clutches. In the incorporation,the clutches move smoothly both in engaging and disengaging and work reposefully and reliable. This research fills up the blank in the field of twin-synchro-self-shifting clutches incorporation.
