摘要
选取了实验室自制的改性碳纳米管,研究了其在水性环氧防腐涂料中的抗静电的作用,对比分析了不同改性碳纳米管对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,3#碳纳米管的加入,使涂料的表面电阻下降了3个数量级,达到了抗静电要求,同时防腐蚀性能优于国内所制备的水性防腐抗静电涂料,显示了其在防腐抗静电涂料领域的应用价值。
CNTs modified by the lab were added to aqueous epoxy anti-corrosion coatings,studied its antistatic in the coatings. By comparing the different effects of the CNTs with different modification methods on properties of coatings, the results show that the surface resistance of the coating was added to the CNTs named 3#decreased three orders of magnitude, and the surface of the coating reached the antistatic requirements. The anti-corrosion of the coating is better than domestic coating. so the aqueous epoxy coatings has application value in the field of anti-corrosion antistatic coatings.
