摘要
空车资源的合理分配在铁路系统中起着重要作用,不仅关系铁路系统的效率和收益,同时也直接影响着顾客满意度。在以顾客满意度为主要考虑因素的空车资源分配模型的基础上,考虑企业效益,以空车总运行路径最小、顾客满意度最高及企业效益最大为目标函数,构建基于顾客满意度和企业效益最大化条件下的空车资源分配优化模型,通过算例模拟分析,得到空车分配方案。
The reasonable distribution of empty cars resource has an important role on railway system, and it not only has relationship with efficiency and benefits of railway system, but also has direct influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the distribution model of empty cars resource which taking customer satisfaction as major consideration factors, through considering enterprise benefits and taking the minimum general routing of empty cars, highest customer satisfaction and maximum enterprise benefits as the object functions, the distribution optimizing model of empty cars resource which based on customer satisfaction and maximum enterprise benefits was established, and then the distribution program of empty cars was achieved through example simulation and analysis.
