摘要
采用注塑成型工艺制备了六钛酸钾晶须(PTW)/聚醚醚酮(PEEK)制品,研究了PTW/PEEK复合材料注塑成型时注塑温度、模具温度以及退火处理对制品力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察PTW/PEEK制品的微观形貌对其进一步验证。研究结果表明,成型温度为后段350℃、中段370℃、前段390℃,模具温度为180℃时,PTW/PEEK制品的力学性能较佳,并且制品在200℃下退火处理1 h后,制品的力学性能进一步得到提高。
This article used injection molding process to prepare PTW/PEEK products,studied the injection temperature,mold temperature and annealing effect on the mechanical properties of the products.it observed the microscopic morphology of PTW/PEEK composite products by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) to test and verify.the results showed that: when the injection temperature was350 ℃,370 ℃,390℃,mold temperature was 180 ℃, the PTW/PEEK composites had better mechanical properties, and annealed the products at 200 ℃ for 1 h,the mechanical properties of the composites was found further improved.
