蓖麻蚕丝的提取及其与Modal混纺纱的开发 被引量:2

摘要 为了开发蓖麻蚕丝与Modal纤维的混纺针织纱,采用碱性蛋白酶对蓖麻蚕丝进行脱胶。利用红外光谱分析了蓖麻蚕丝的内部结构,采用热重分析蓖麻蚕丝的热学性能,并借助电子显微镜分析蓖麻蚕丝的纵向形态。主要介绍了自制蓖麻蚕丝短纤维的加工方法。分析了蓖麻蚕丝和Modal纤维的主要特性,针对选用的两种纤维表面光滑、抱合力小、成纱毛羽多等不利因素,采取了相应的纺纱技术解决措施,并详细探讨了蓖麻蚕丝短纤维与Modal纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺。研究结果表明:通过进一步改进蓖麻蚕丝和Modal纤维的混纺工艺,可以提高成纱强力和条干,降低成本,开发的蓖麻蚕丝与Modal纤维混纺针织纱能更好地满足消费者的需求。 In order to develop eri-silk/Modal tibet blend knitting yarn, eft-silk was degummed by alkaline protease. The internal structure of the retted eft silk was analyzed by infrared spectral, also the test of thermo properties of eri silk by thermo weight was followed. The vertical morphology was analyzed by electron microscopy. The processing of eft-silk is introduced and the thermal properties of eft silk and Model fiber are detailed. Various countermeasures are taken to deal with the problems such as the smooth surface, weak cohesive force, too much yarn hairiness with the spinning technique of the eri-silk staple and Modal fiber blend yarn discussed. The result shows that it can further enhance the yarn strength and yarn eveness by improving the technological measures, so the development of this kind of new yarn can lower the cost and better smisfy the consumers, it has a good market prospect.
