摘要
以一款3 000 r/min、2极、380 V、3 000 W的异步起动永磁同步电动机为例,给出了设计该种电机的基本思路和主要参数,并且利用有限元分析软件Ansoft建立该电机的二维有限元分析模型,对其静态与动态性能进行了仿真与分析。仿真结果验证了该电磁设计的正确性。提出的一种大小槽设计方法提升电机牵入性能,对异步起动永磁同步电动机的设计具有重要的借鉴意义。
A line start permanent-magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM) of 3 000 r /min,2 poles,380 V,3 000 W was designed,and the basic ideas and main parameters were presented.A 2D finite element analysis model was established in Ansoft,and some static and dynamic performance of the motor were simulated.The model had a good simulation results and proved the electromagnetic design is correct.A new method with mixed size slot was proposed to improve the performance of pulling.This method of motor design provids an important theoretical guidance for LSPMSM.
