摘要 以RSJ4/2F型贾卡经编机为研究对象,介绍了这一机型的机构配置、技术参数等,并与早期的RJCE4/2F型经编机作对比,突出RSJ4/2F机型在结构与产品方面的特点。在此基础上,对RSJ4/2F型贾卡经编机的提花原理进行了分析和探讨,着重阐述了压纱贾卡四针技术和衬纬贾卡三针技术以及各自所形成的不同的提花效应。最后,对产品的花型设计和工艺实现方法进行了详细探讨,并且在贾卡花型设计过程中,特别介绍了两种不同类型贾卡进行复合的基本原理、方法以及应用等。 Focusing on the RSJ4/2F jacquard warp knitting machine as the research object, this paPer introduces its structural arrangement, parameters and other major features, meanwhile, the comparison with previous RJCE4/2F jacquard warp knitting machine highlights the characteristics in structure and products of the RSJ4/2F Jacquard warp knitting machine. Based on this, the paper makes an exploration and analysis on the patterning theory of Jacquard warp knitting machine and particularly on the different patterning effects of two different techniques: four needle fall plate Jacquard technology and three needle weft insertion Jacquard technology. Finally, this paper presents the designing methods and the concrete realization process of this machine-knitted textile, especially into the basic theories, methods and applications combined by these two different Jacquard technologies during its patterning design process.
