摘要
介绍了原油页岩机械开采过程中存在的问题。针对油页岩特性和使用条件,对割岩机的结构进行了有限之模态分析,提出了设计适应油页岩开采的重型截割系统,论述了对割岩机关键技术的改进,提高了割岩机整体的抗震性及油缸的抗冲击性,优化了截割滚筒的破岩性。专用割岩机的研制为油页岩开采和硬岩开采提供了新型专用设备,该设备性能良好,运行稳定,故障率低,并在龙口矿区得到了成功的应用,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
Introduces the existing problems in the process of oil shale mechanical mining,aiming at the characteristics and service conditions of oil shale,analyzes the structure of rock cutting machine by finite element modal,puts forward the design of heavy cutting system to adapt oil shale mining,discusses the improvement of key technology to rock cutting machine,improves the holistic earthquake resistance of rock cutting machine and impact resistance of oil cylinder,optimizes the broken lithology of cutting fluid.The research of dedicated rock cutting machine provides a new type of special equipment for oil shale and hard rock mining,the equipment has good performance and stable operation,which has been successfully used in Longkou mining area,and has a broad application and popularization prospects.
