摘要
为满足夏季面料市场需求,设计生产了涤棉/棉高支低密轻薄型交织物。络筒采用"中速度、中张力、低伸长、保弹性"的工艺原则;整经采用"中车速、高张力、小伸长"的工艺原则;浆纱选用"高压、高浓、低黏、贴服毛羽"工艺路线;织造合理设置引纬参数,较好地解决了经缩和纬停问题。产品一等品率达到98%,织机生产效率达92%。
High count low density thin cotton and polyester/cotton intertexture was designed and produced to meet the needs of summer fabrics.The processing principles of middle speed and tension,low elongation and keeping elasticity were used in winding.The processing principles of middle speed,high tension and low elongation were used in warping.The processing principles of high pressure and concentration,low viscosity and attaching the hairiness were adopted in sizing.The reasonable weft insertion parameters were set in order to solve the shrinkage and weft stop.Product first grade rate in storage reached to 98%,and loom efficiency was up to 92%.
