摘要
结合干式空心电抗器的绝缘材质、运行环境及运行方式的瞬变,对一起35 kV干式空心电抗器故障原因进行分析,发现导致故障发生的主要原因是电抗器的绝缘材质耐热等级低和电容器组的频繁投切导致绕组局部匝间绝缘击穿,造成电流急剧增大,大电流产生高温诱使绕组绝缘相对薄弱处发生匝间短路。并针对性提出故障防范措施,为电抗器的安全运行提供保障。
In this paper,the fault of 35 kV dry type air core reactor is analyzed based on the combination of insulation material,service environment and transients of operation mode. It is found that the main reason of the fault is the low thermal withstand level of insulation material and the frequent switching of capacitor bank,leading to insulation breakdown between partial turns of winding and significant increase of current. The high temperature due to high current induces inter-turn short circuit of winding at relative weak insulation place. The precautionary measures are proposed which provide assurance for safe operation of reactor.
