摘要
目的:探讨原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤的影像表现、病理特点、治疗及预后。方法:报告1例经病理证实的原发性前上纵隔精原细胞瘤的临床资料,结合国内外相关文献对本病进行讨论。结果:术前胸部增强CT提示前纵隔肿瘤,手术切除病灶经病理检查证实为纵隔精原细胞瘤,术后睾丸彩超未见异常。结论:原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤临床表现无特异性,影像学检查对本病的诊断有一定价值,确诊主要依靠病理及免疫组织化学检查。
Objective： To investigate the manifestation of imaging, pathological features, treatment and prognosis of primary mediastinal seminoma. Methods： Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of one case pathologically confirmed primary mediastinal seminoma, combined with related literatures to discuss the disease. Results： Preoperative enhanced chest CT showed anterior mediastinal tumor, postoperative pathological examination confirmed mediastinal seminoma and testicular ultrasound was normal. Conclusions： Primary mediastinal seminoma has no specific clinical features, to be diagnosed relying on pathological and immunohistochemical examination, though imaging has some value in diagnosis.
