摘要
高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,基于"以服务为宗旨"的办学定位决定了高职院校要为社会提供人才服务、技术服务、科研服务的办学理念。本文通过对高职院校发展现状和存在的问题进行必要性分析,剖析高职院校初级阶段开展工作应遵循基本原则,对高职院校教育改革及高职教育教学质量管理方面进行了分析探讨,并提出了我国高等职业教育发展的对策。
